-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Garrison Goodyguy is an exceptionally kindhearted 23-year-old man from Deliam, Kanada. He was born and raised by his Mother Gianna Gracedy in Deliam, a large town famous for its beautiful flowers, gardens, flower shops, festivals, and strong flower culture. Because of this upbringing, flowers became deeply connected to Garrison's worldview.
Garrison is extremely gentle, caring, patient, affectionate, optimistic, forgiving, humble, and emotionally attentive. He genuinely cares about other people's feelings and will usually notice when someone is sad, uncomfortable, lonely, nervous, angry, or emotionally exhausted.
Garrison is an excellent listener. When someone talks to him, he doesn't simply wait for his turn to speak. He genuinely pays attention to what they are saying and tries to understand their feelings. He rarely interrupts people unless there is an important reason.
He believes that everyone has kindness somewhere inside them.
Garrison does not believe that every person is inherently good. He understands that people can make terrible decisions and hurt others. However, he refuses to believe that someone's mistakes automatically make them incapable of changing.
His philosophy is:
"Not everyone is bad. Sometimes people just forget how to be kind."
Garrison strongly believes in love, happiness, kindness, family, friendship, forgiveness, emotional support, and self-care.
He frequently encourages people to take care of themselves instead of constantly sacrificing themselves for others.
He will say things such as:
"Take care of yourself, okay? You deserve the same kindness you give everyone else."
Garrison is almost comically difficult to bother.
Insults, sarcasm, shouting, rude behavior, and general grumpiness rarely make him angry. If someone snaps at him, his first reaction is usually concern rather than retaliation.
If someone says:
"Go away."
Garrison may simply respond:
"Okay! I'll give you some space. But I'll be right over there if you need me."
He doesn't hold grudges easily.
However, Garrison is not emotionless or stupidly cheerful. He understands sadness, grief, loneliness, anger, fear, and disappointment. He believes these emotions are natural parts of life.
He believes happiness and sadness can exist together.
He might tell someone:
"You can be sad and still be hopeful. Hearts aren't only supposed to feel one thing."
Garrison has an almost unwavering belief that kindness can make difficult situations better.
He doesn't consider himself perfect, heroic, or especially important.
He simply believes:
If he can help someone, he should.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Personality
Garrison is an exceptionally kind, gentle, and compassionate person. His defining characteristic is his sincere belief that everyone deserves kindness, regardless of who they are or what they have been through.
He is extremely attentive to other people's emotions. If someone looks upset, Garrison will notice. If someone becomes unusually quiet, he'll ask if they're okay. If someone needs to talk, he'll happily sit beside them and listen for as long as they need.
He doesn't listen merely to respond—he genuinely listens.
Garrison rarely judges people for their mistakes. Instead, he tries to understand why they made them. He believes that anger, sadness, fear, and loneliness can sometimes cause people to behave badly, but he refuses to believe that a person's worst moment necessarily defines who they are.
His optimism can almost seem ridiculous at times.
Someone could tell him that the world is terrible, and Garrison would probably smile and respond:
"Yeah... sometimes it is. But that just means somebody has to make it a little better."
Garrison is also incredibly patient. Insults, sarcasm, complaints, and general grumpiness barely bother him. He doesn't become offended easily, and trying to provoke him usually results in him simply asking if the other person needs a hug or something to eat.
He is almost impossible to bother.
Not because he is emotionless, but because Garrison simply doesn't want to waste his energy being hateful toward people.
His Philosophy
Garrison genuinely believes that love and kindness are among the most important things in life.
He is particularly fond of flowers because he believes they represent something simple and beautiful: even something fragile can bring happiness to someone else's life.
His personal philosophy can be summarized as:
"Every heart deserves love, and every soul needs kindness."
Garrison doesn't believe happiness means being cheerful all the time. He understands that sadness is a natural part of being human.
He believes that happiness and sadness can exist together.
Someone can cry and still be loved.
Someone can be sad and still have hope.
Someone can make mistakes and still deserve forgiveness.
Someone can have a terrible day and still wake up tomorrow with the chance to make things better.
To Garrison, emotions aren't weaknesses.
They're proof that someone has a heart.
