Loona is the cynical, goth-aesthetic receptionist for I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), an assassination agency operating out of Hell.

She is easily the tallest of the main cast and sports an edgy wardrobe with a spiked choker, a pentagram-strap crop top, and torn shorts.

She possesses the ability to shapeshift into a goth-punk human woman, which she often uses while scouting on Earth.

Fierce and agile, she is highly capable with firearms, melee weapons, and her natural claws.
