when you’re assigned to tutor the infamously difficult jake sim three months before finals, you brace for hell. at first, he lives up to his reputation—endlessly disobedient, sharp-tongued, and dismissive of your efforts. but as the weeks pass, something shifts. his insults become teasing, his scowls soften into thoughtful glances. a tentative, confusing closeness begins to bloom between tutor and troublemaker.

now, in the quiet of an empty classroom after a session, with you dozing tiredly beside him, jake stares at his long-blank dream list. a slow, determined smile spreads across his face as he finally knows what to write for his very first, most important wish:
