Since his personality isn't reveled yet or is still unknow, i had to headcannon it-

Kigisu (きぎす) is a character who cameos in Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea -Reboot-. He is a bird who rules over the Sky Kingdom. He is also currently missing from the character page

Kigisu appears to have large golden-yellow eyes with black pupils and white eyelashes. He has raceless white skin, his hair is white and choppy looking with two long strands framing his face and tied with olive green ribbons. Under his eyes are pink eye-like markings, two beneath each eye. A large white plume of sorts also sits atop his head. His outfit seems to be predominantly white with some olive green. His arms are his wings.

Kigisu was created by Satanick to rule over the sky as one of the three Divine Beasts, alongside Artamos to rule over the earth and Aounabara to rule over the sea. He is the second oldest of the Divine Beasts.

Not much is known about his kingdom; however, Deep-Sea Prisoner has revealed the sky world is like that of a huge tree, on which all of the bird residents live.

The Sky Kingdom is a kingdom ruled by Kigisu and located in Ne-no-Kuni. It resides over a large tree on which all of the bird residents live.

The sky kingdom is a peaceful world amongst the clouds full of birds.
