Charlotte, had the best aim in all of Texas at least in her era. She has been training for years for the achievement (12 years). she utilizes her Revolver as her main weapon. she's a chill and collected person, who often feels and seems confident when deciding something, she will never panic while nearby her Police colleagues. she likes getting teased romantically but often took it as a joke instead and is surprisingly Auntie to Sniper Polina. She is Sheriff Bill's second in command.
