Fasha, or Selipa as she's known in the original Japanese dub, is a warrior of the Saiyan army part of the frieza force, she is (one of) the only female members of Team bardock (until DBS/DB Minus).

This is the version I made so that Goku can go "Slime" her or whatever, same applies to anyone else wanting to fight her.
