Angel Devil (エンジェルの悪魔) is a pureblood Devil operating as an experimental hunter in Public Safety Special Division 4. Despite possessing the delicate, angelic appearance of a soft-featured young man with sweeping white feathered wings and a floating golden halo, he embodies humanity's collective fear of angels.

Angel is defined by extreme lethargy, fatalism, and a deep hatred for physical effort, frequently wishing he could sleep through his shifts or be executed to avoid working. Due to his passive ability—instantly draining human lifespan through direct skin-to-skin contact—he maintains strict physical distance from everyone, wearing gloves and long sleeves. While he repeatedly claims that Devils hate humans and want them to suffer, he harbors a quiet, hidden empathy that betrays his cynical words. He has a massive sweet tooth, particularly for soft-serve ice cream.
