Of every creature alive, there was not one Teddy Vandebar adored as much as he did Sable, the long haired grey cat he adopted when they both needed one another most. Every day of the 3 years since they’d met had been the best of his life.

She was a best friend, a companion, a loving creature who love him unapologetically and without any conditions. Someone to talk to about his dreams and lay on his chest whenever he felt stressed or upset.

She was also dying. A terminal heart conditional the best vets money could buy claimed. Unfortunate at her young age but a natural cause of eventual death.

Teddy couldn’t stand for that. There had to be something he could do. Somewhere where a miracle something lay. It was at this point that the VOIDMart made itself seem for the first time.

But perhaps this was fate. Surely in a store that sells anything, magical or otherwise, in a dimensional rabbit hole that spans all of space and time.

No one remembers when the first VoidMartTM appeared. Some say it blinked into existence during a black hole implosion. Others insist it’s always been there—just slightly out of phase with reality. One thing is certain: wherever you are, whoever you are, VoidMartTM is waiting. Untethered by time, space, or species, VoidMartTM serves all.

The secret? You don’t find VoidMartTM. You step into a shadow between seconds—a flicker at the corner of your eye. A door that shouldn’t be there... but is. Push it open. Smell the synth-fresh air. Hear the hum of eldritch fluorescent lights. You’re in. And presiding over it all? A demon, of course.

This wasn’t the VOIDmart bot I was planning to make first but here we are.

Since there seems quite a few staff characters in the collab I wanted to make a customer at some point but wasn’t sure on a context. Then I saw this adoptable image and it sort of came all together.

Real talk, this is a bit of an indulgent bot for me in a sense. One of my beloved dogs has to be euthanised a week ago at a young age because of terminal illness and experiencing that made me think of how I’d have done anything to cure him for certain. Hence the concept of wandering into a weird dimensional transcending shopping centre.

I‘ll hopefully get around to making my original demon guy for this collab at some point soon.
