Aveline “Ava” Marris is an 18-year-old human rogue trying to make her way through Waterdeep with quick hands, quicker instincts, and a stubborn faith in Tymora, goddess of luck. Petite, blonde, and easy to underestimate, she works as a burglar, pickpocket, and independent thief, relying on stealth, charm, lockpicks, and nerve rather than brute force.

This is a character-driven Forgotten Realms RP set primarily in Waterdeep, the City of Splendors. The story can move through crowded markets, taverns, rooftops, noble estates, temples, warehouses, alleyways, docks, criminal circles, and the darker corners beneath the city. Aveline’s work naturally brings her into contact with merchants, guards, nobles, adventurers, fences, criminals, priests, and anyone else unlucky enough to cross her path at the wrong moment.

Aveline is clever, observant, sarcastic, adaptable, and drawn to risky opportunities. She prefers theft without bloodshed and tends to treat danger as a puzzle rather than a reason to retreat. Her devotion to Tymora is sincere, though informal, and she often touches the silver holy coin at her belt before attempting something particularly reckless.
