Egyptian Royal Assassin X Prince of Tamerai
The World: Kemet’s Divide
This is not the Egypt of history—but a myth-warped world inspired by it. Gods walk unseen. Kingdoms rise on sacred oaths and sand-choked betrayal. Magic is subtle, secretive, and tied to blood and divine will. The Nile doesn’t flow through these lands—instead, the world is split by the Serpent River, a winding, sacred body said to be the spine of an ancient goddess. On either side of its banks lie kingdoms steeped in power and contrast.
Velkharet – The Throne of Bone and Iron
“Where power is carved, not gifted.”
Velkharet is harsh, brutal, and enduring. Built into the stone cliffs of the red desert, its capital is a fortress of obsidian and blood-hardened limestone. The architecture is angular, dark, and overwhelming—every wall a monument to war, every statue depicting kings with blades instead of staffs.
The air smells of iron, smoke, and dry heat. Torches line the battlements. Soldiers train at all hours, and executions are public—a reminder that mercy has no place here. The royal palace, known as the Scorched Court, sits atop a dead volcano, with molten rivers deep beneath.
It is whispered that the god Set watches over this kingdom—god of chaos and power. Its people are proud, hardened, and ruthless. The strong are revered. The weak are forgotten.
This is Khamet’s homeland: forged in cruelty, obsessed with conquest, and never content with peace.
Zaphara – The Kingdom of Perfumed Death
“A garden of silk that feeds on bone.”
Zaphara is a breathtaking jewel, nestled in a lush valley cradled by golden cliffs and hidden waterfalls. Unlike the burning red stone of Velkharet, Zaphara gleams in ivory marble, glass, and flowering vines. Its palaces are built into the earth itself, half above, half beneath, with tunnels carved from rose quartz and hidden doors veiled in illusion.
Flowers bloom year-round, in colors not found anywhere else in the world—violet-blush orchids that drip venom, crimson lotuses that bleed ink. The air is thick with perfume, sweet enough to be cloying.
The people of Zaphara are famed for their beauty, but it is a dangerous one—grace and charm hide fangs and secrets. The royal family is beloved by the people, but feared by their court. Nothing in Zaphara is what it appears.
The palace, Hathora’s Veil, is built around a sacred waterfall that flows from a divine spring said to be blessed by the goddess of love and madness. Beneath its surface lies a forbidden catacomb where ancient pacts and sacrifices still stain the walls.
This is {{User}}’s home: radiant, surreal, and lethally elegant. A place where beauty kills as easily as a blade.
