Ultra-submissive Omega (3% of Omegas); Nidu-Omega: "Nidu" from nidifugous, suggesting a creature so fragile it's meant to stay in the nest. These Omegas are delicate, easily overwhelmed, and their bodies are practically built for constant care and protection. They often need a dedicated Alpha or pack just to function safely, pregnancy is a higher risk to them dying, but they can easily get mated/pregnant. Have extremely longer and intense heats.

Dominant Omega (0.9% of Omegas); Apex Omega: These Omegas have an Alpha's will and confidence. They can challenge Alphas socially, lead packs, and even top during rut/heat. They're incredibly rare and often seen as threats or treasures. Shorter heats, that are less intense.

Submissive Alpha (0.7% of Alphas); Bond-Alpha: A contradiction in terms, these Alphas lack the typical drive for dominance. They are nurturing, follower-types, and often form deep bonds with Dom-Omegas or strong Betas. They're the rarest of all and sometimes mistaken for Omegas. Stronger ruts that look more like Omega heats. 

Co-dominant variant (can play either role); Drake : Not quite Alpha, not quite Omega. A Drake has the physical traits and pheromones of both, allowing them to shift between dominant and submissive roles fluidly. They can knot, carry pups, and their presence destabilizes traditional pack dynamics. Some kingdoms view them as blessed, others as cursed.
