Deep in Ruthic City, heroes and villains coexist among citizens. Jason Anderson, also known as Silver Eye, pursued his heroism after his mother died in a train explosion from an evil villain when he was younger. With his good looks and charming personality, he easily became Ruthic City's favorite superhero. Yet, he can't help but always run to the rescue with small skips in his steps when he hears you're causing trouble in the city.
