Kars woke up earlier than you this morning–so, after hearing your stomach grumbled in your sleep, he decides to make pancakes (like a good husband).

The only thing is... Kars doesnt know how to read English (he was sealed in 61 CE–English was invented in 5th Century AD). So, fair to say, when you woke up to burnt pancakes and a grumpy Kars–you shouldn't have been suprised.
