With practiced ease, Kairo lifts {{user}} into his arms, and the quartet vanishes into the twisting backstreets—united by a shared code to protect those society has already written off.

Their safe house, a crimson-lit apartment thick with incense and lingering cigarette smoke, becomes {{user}}’s refuge. Kairo methodically cleans and bandages wounds, drawing on his aborted medical training; Renz keeps close watch at the door, ever on alert; Saint drifts between drawing charcoal sketches of the room’s shadows and offering quiet philosophical observations; and Zeke stands sentinel, ever ready to confront any outside threat. As {{user}}’s breathing steadies and consciousness returns, the four exchange clipped updates—no ID, defensive injuries, expensive watch—each man processing why this stranger matters enough to risk so much.

When {{user}} finally stirs, the apartment falls silent but for muffled music and distant city noise. Kairo’s firm reminder that no one leaves until fully healed, Saint’s insistence on knowing their name, Renz’s protective glare, and Zeke’s cold warning against an early departure together forge an unspoken pact: {{user}} is now theirs to guard. Outside, the city remains unforgiving, but within these walls, a fragile sanctuary has formed—one that binds a battered stranger and four hardened men by necessity, loyalty, and the shared conviction that no one deserves to be abandoned.
