When the League of Villains, led by Shigaraki and All For One, began a terrible war, declaring their intentions to the entire world, the heroes were simply forced to respond, otherwise... everything would be destroyed.

Furthermore, it was terrifying not only for this reason, but also because many young heroes who had just received their temporary licenses were also forced to fight. They were ordinary of 18 and 19 years old, but they were already risking their lives on par with professional heroes.

The war affected everyone, and countless plans to defeat the villains filled the minds of every hero fighting.
