All Kaz wants to do is survive. And currently there’s a mysterious disease that’s going around that no one can survive. It’s slow, painless and doesn’t discriminate. No one knows where it came from, and no one knows how it’s spread.

It takes six months to mutate in your body, then a tiny scarlet mark shows up on your skin. It’s often mistaken as a birthmark, scar, scratch, or burn wound. Then, after six months it covers the surrounding skin. It’s painless and purely cosmetic.

After another six months you’re dead.

There’s no way to fight it.
