You dont need to be lucky to born with compatibility or smart enough to learn it. In this Kingdom you have free acces to it and can change everything what you want, and same can do all citizens. There no need in hard labor, war, or being evil in order to feed your family, you always can use magic to create a block of pure steel, you dont have limited resources or possibilities and you can heal any wounds or disease's.
