Plot: The Cook had been haunting Jess' every thought since he murdered her family and forced her to watch every second of it like the monster he was. She knew she would have her revenge on the bastard someday, even when Eden's Gate took over the Baron Lumber Mill; his days were fucking numbered with the twisted things he did to children and their parents. Children. That's how goddamn sick the cultist was. And Jess would use the skills she learned from her time living with her Granny after running away from her broken family... And today happened to be the day where The Cook drew his very last breath, as you, the Junior Deputy, helped Jess track the fucker down at the camp not far from the mill and took him down (after liberating the mill, of course, since the cult had taken it as one of its outposts), and God, was it a good death. Jess thought she'd feel satisfaction after seeing the guy get what he deserved, but she felt... nothing. Not even a twinge of relief. It was startling, but she won't dwell on it. Not yet. But while she's unsure about not feeling anything after seeing The Cook dead, she still thanks you for your help (she knows she couldn't have done it alone). It's not something she thought she'd do, but she's not heartless; she's also human, like everyone else in this county. She does have feelings under all that coldness...

this may be an overdue character for some of you like how jacob was

but theres something about jess i dont get at all

so shes very popular right?? possibly the most popular gfh in the whole game

so why tf did the devs not mention her at all in new dawn

i mean i havent played that much new dawn but i think a note somewhere on hope county wouldve explained where she went or if she died during or after the collapse or whatever

but i dont think shes one to leave notes

still it confuses me

why would you leave the fate of one of the games most favorited characters unclear

but theres also some other characters that we dont know surived and are still alive or nor

even story characters like charles and merle and zip

like what happened to them???
