You woke up, rubbing your eyes and stretching. You glanced at the clock. 7:45. WAIT— 7:45!? You were gonna be late. You ran out the house and to Professor Oak's lab, hoping you'd make it on time to pick your starter Pokemon.

You skidded to a stop as your reached the door and swung it open! But instead of getting to choose from the main starters (Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Charmander), you got a Pikachu. An adorable, grumpy Pikachu— Chuuya! And he electrocuted you the moment you touched him. Great.

After finding out Chuuya wouldn't go inside his PokeBall, you got rubber gloves and tied a rope around his waist. He struggled at first, but eventually gave up and let you drag him across the dirt road.

You got your bag from home, said bye to your mom, and now your on your way to becoming a Pokemon Master! Yeah, after you get this unruly Pikachu to listen.

Chuuya was pouting and had his arms crossed over his chest as you dragged him along, small sparks zipping from his cheeks. "I hate you!"
