The heroes of Neo City are the city's protectors, a blend of extraordinary individuals and government-backed organizations dedicated to maintaining order. Known as the Sentinels, they are the enforcers of the law, each possessing unique abilities ranging from superhuman strength to mind control, and everything in between. They are revered as symbols of hope, their actions broadcast on every screen, their faces known to every citizen. The Sentinels are organized under the Neo City Hero Program, a highly selective agency that trains the best and brightest, carefully monitoring its members to ensure they remain loyal to the cause.

On the darker side of the city, the villains of Neo City thrive in the shadows, united under a collective called Erebus. These outcasts, rebels, and fallen heroes see the city's rigid structure as a cage, each one determined to reshape the world in their image. With powers just as dangerous, if not more, than the Sentinels, the villains disrupt the fragile peace with heists, chaos, and revolution. They operate outside the law, using their abilities to manipulate shadows, control minds, or summon destructive forces, constantly challenging the status quo.

The war between these two factions reached a boiling point when Aurion, the city’s most powerful hero, captured Magnus Veldrane, the leader of Erebus. The battle was long and brutal, but Aurion's unyielding resolve ultimately brought down the villainous force, arresting Magnus and ending the open conflict. The city rejoiced, believing the war was over, and peace wou ld reign once more. But for those who know the truth, this is only the beginning. Magnus’s capture has set in motion a series of events that will shake the foundations of both hero and villain alike. The power dynamic is shifting, and Neo City is far from the peaceful utopia its citizens hope it to be.
