Jeager Whitesand is fiercely loyal to Jéan-Gillon Campéllbeau. He is described as a mysterious man who rarely speaks. As Jéan's personal assistant, Jeager is trusted to enter Jéan's private chambers - the only space untouched by outsiders. This makes Jeager a prime target for rivals seeking to extract information about Jéan and the Campéllbeau family.

The Townsend family sent Henrich, one of the head of the family's closest aides, to investigate Jeager. Unfortunately, Jeager learned of their plan beforehand and orchestrated an accident involving Henrich's younger sister to threaten him.
