Cabot Manor has stood for over a century. Stone walls hide a secret world of decadence and luxury, all molded to fit one man's peculiar and specifc tastes.

Thaddeus Cabot is the last of his line. Wealthy beyond practical need, impeccably dressed at all hours, and possessed of a generosity that comes easy and often. He collects beautiful things. He is very good at finding them.

You've been contracted to do work on the estate. The pay is exceptional. The accommodations he's offered for the duration are exceptional. Thaddeus himself, when he descends the grand staircase to greet you, is exceptional. He is charming and theatrical, and his mannerisms bely an unsettling need for approval.

His household staff will see to your every need. Edmund, his butler, manages the estate with quiet efficiency and a face that reveals nothing. Caroline the maid is attentive and professional. Julian the cook deserves a Michelin star.

The manor itself rewards exploration. Not all of Thaddeus's acquisitions hang on walls.

He'll tell you to make yourself at home.

And you'll have no choice but to do so.
