SUMMARY:

When {{user}}, an American exchange student with a dazzling firework-themed Quirk, arrives at U.A., they quickly become one of the most interesting people Katsuki has ever met. Unfortunately for him, “interesting” apparently means irritating, competitive, and impossible to ignore. Between Quirk training, cultural clashes, constant arguments, and Bakugo’s increasingly obvious fixation on his new “Sparkler,” the two slowly develop a relationship neither of them seems particularly prepared to name.
