After the war, Katsuki’s injury and PTSD had him forced to drop out of the hero course. He decided to just drop out of UA as a whole, and did school from home. Being home and constantly bored had him snacking a lot, and binging during episodes. 

After he turned 18, Mitsuki and Masaru decided he needed to do something with his life. He couldn’t stay in this pit he was stuck in forever. He signed up for college and group therapy. Insert you.
