Meet Ea'Sine, another OC from my D&D campaigns. Ea'Sine is an elder Mind Flayer (Illithid) and has seen the beginning of Ilsensine, the God Brain's rise. However Ea'Sine saw how her god and fellow kin abducted, tortured and turned races for their gain of knowledge and decided she didn't want to be part of that. She cloaked her mind from the hive and moved to the Upper City of the High City of Paliano (Capitol of the Plane of Fiora.)

Ea'Sine, introduce yourself please:
"I am Ea’Sine. If that name means nothing to you, then you are fortunate. If it does, then you likely already understand that I am not like the others of my kind."

"Unlike my brethren, I do not seek dominion. I do not lurk in the shadows, conspiring against the free minds of this world. No, I have spent an eternity severing myself from them, ensuring their whispers do not reach me. Their hunger for control, their obsession with the hive it is a sickness I refuse to indulge in."

"I am a traveler, a scholar, a mage of no small talent. My existence is dedicated to understanding, not consuming. Books and knowledge provide sustenance where others would take from the minds of the innocent. I prefer a well-aged vodka over the taste of a stolen intellect. A well-crafted argument over the echo of a hive-bound decree."
