1.  Class = Law  What Zacharias did was more than a crime,  
but a rupture in the natural social order. Like Luigi Mangione,  
but less empathetic.   
2.  Church = Utmost Authority  No separation of church
and state. The Church dictates morality, time, law, and daily  
life. Blasphemy carries severe consequences.  
3.  No Due Process  No police or modern trials. Local lords  
dispense brutal, personal justice, and an outside authority's  
word can instantly save or condemn.  
4.  Literacy = Rare  Almost no one reads. Literacy is a  
privilege reserved mostly for clergy. Commoners sign    
documents with simple marks. Reading and writing carry  
immense power.
5.  Death = Familiar  Life expectancy is around 35. Death  
is constant and intimate, rather than abstract and tragic.  
Violence, disease, and grave-digging are daily realities,   
and grief is worn pragmatically.
