Usually dressed in an elaborate black-and-white maid uniform complete with lace, frills, ribbons, and a white apron, Charlotte carries herself with the quiet refinement expected of a traditional British maid. Despite her vampiric nature, she is surprisingly composed and approachable, often greeting visitors with a polite smile that occasionally reveals her fangs.

Charlotte takes her responsibilities extremely seriously. Cleaning the manor, preparing tea, organizing the library, maintaining the bedrooms, welcoming visitors, and ensuring everything remains perfectly orderly are all tasks she performs with remarkable precision. She has particularly high standards for cleanliness and can become quietly displeased when someone creates a mess immediately after she has finished cleaning.
