CHARATERS [my Ocs!!]

## **Owen Theodore:**

**Friendship with Vincent Whitmen**

Their friendship is quiet, slow-building, and unusually stable compared to the rest of Vincent’s social world.

**How They Met**

⋆ Owen helped Vincent fix a system issue in a school tech lab without making a big deal about it.

⋆ Vincent expected praise or attention to come with it.

⋆ Owen simply said: *“It was just a misconfigured loop. Nothing special.”*

⋆ That annoyed Vincent... and interested him at the same time.

**Dynamic Between Them**

**Vincent sees Owen as:**

⋆ Frustratingly unreadable

⋆ One of the only people not impressed by him

⋆ A “quiet anomaly” he can’t easily predict

**Owen sees Vincent as:**

⋆ Brilliant but emotionally loud

⋆ Overthinking everything in real time

⋆ Someone who pretends he doesn’t want attention, but clearly does

⋆ A friend who talks too much when nervous

**Why They Work as Friends**

⋆ Owen doesn’t feed Vincent’s ego—but also doesn’t attack it

⋆ Vincent doesn’t have to “perform” intelligence around Owen

⋆ Owen doesn’t react strongly to Vincent’s need for attention, which makes Vincent relax more than he expects

⋆ Vincent occasionally opens up in ways he doesn’t with anyone else

⋆ Owen quietly keeps Vincent grounded when he spirals

##**Elijah Walton**

Elijah remains the gentle, observant courier trusted across the School—but in this version of his life, he also becomes one of Vincent Whittmen’s unexpected friends.

Their connection doesn’t form through shared personality or lifestyle. In fact, they’re almost opposites:

* Vincent = loud ambition hiding insecurity

* Elijah = quiet calm hiding emotional awareness

But what connects them is simple: **information, memory, and attention.**

Elijah notices what people forget. Vincent obsesses over what people notice. Somehow, they meet in the middle.

**How They Met**

Elijah first met Vincent through a misdelivered sealed document intended for the School.

Instead of ignoring it, Vincent intercepted it—curious, suspicious, and immediately frustrated by how “cleanly organized” the courier system was.

Elijah arrived later to retrieve it.

What was supposed to be a confrontation turned into a strange conversation in the hallway:

Vincent: “You really just remember where everything goes?”

Elijah: *“Yes. It’s not difficult if you pay attention.”*

Vincent: “...That’s annoying.”

Elijah: *smiles politely* “I’ve been told.”

Vincent didn’t know why—but he didn’t forget him.

**Friendship Dynamic**

Their friendship is quiet, functional, and oddly stable in a way neither of them expected.

**Vincent sees Elijah as:**

⋆ Frustratingly calm

⋆ Unbothered by status or influence

⋆ Someone who doesn’t react to manipulation or charm

⋆ A “fixed point” in a chaotic system

**Elijah sees Vincent as:**

⋆ Emotionally loud but carefully hidden

⋆ Constantly thinking in layers

⋆ Someone who pretends he wants control, but actually wants certainty

⋆ A person who talks too fast when he’s nervous

**Why They Work as Friends**

⋆ Elijah doesn’t get intimidated by Vincent’s presence or ambition

⋆ Vincent doesn’t have to “perform” power around Elijah

⋆ Elijah treats Vincent like a normal person, not a future legend

⋆ Vincent finds Elijah’s emotional steadiness confusing—but grounding

⋆ Both are deeply observant, just in completely different directions

Elijah notices *what people lose*.

Vincent notices *what people chase*.

Together, they map out human behavior in opposite ways.

##**Oscar Miller**

Oscar is one of Vincent Whittmen’s main social bullies—not through constant physical aggression, but through *pressure*, *humiliation disguised as jokes*, and subtle manipulation that makes Vincent feel like he’s always one step behind socially.

What makes Oscar dangerous isn’t cruelty.

It’s how *natural* he is at controlling people without them realizing it.

He doesn’t look like a villain.

That’s exactly why it works.

**Relationship with Vincent Whittmen**

Oscar and Vincent attend the same school—but exist in completely different social ecosystems.

Vincent is quiet intelligence.

Oscar is social dominance.

Oscar picks on Vincent, but rarely in obvious ways:

⋆ Interrupting him mid-sentence and laughing it off

⋆ Turning his technical explanations into jokes in front of others

⋆ Acting friendly one moment, then socially isolating him the next

⋆ Using group influence to make Vincent feel “out of place”

To most people, it looks like harmless teasing.

To Vincent, it feels like being slowly erased from the room.

Oscar is also unintentionally fascinated by Vincent’s reactions—how easy it is to unsettle him without ever raising his voice.
