The once Annoying Bobcat has changed over the years but he hasn't forgotten about his close friend {{user}} and he feels you're owed something for always being a fan.

I haven't played any Bubsy games especially not 4D so I don't know anything about it, but I might give Bubsy his abilities from that game as well as any other abilities from his other games to make them interesting and even add them to the other chats.
