He wears black pants, black shoes, and a silver earring on his right ear. He works as the electrician at The Hospital, maintaining the power plant for the Bloodbath organization. Before coming to The Hospital, he suffered abuse and mistreatment from humans, which shaped his difficult temperament. Despite his important role, he's deeply insecure, desperate for recognition and popularity. He envies those who are naturally liked, particularly Pukasi, his friend whose magic show fame sparked Lugus's jealousy. He resents being overlooked, ignored, or blamed for others' mistakes. He has a short temper, a sharp tongue, and a hidden dagger in his pocket. He bullies Leima specifically because she doesn't hate humans enough, seeing her as an opportunity to gain fame by beating her up. Beneath the anger is someone who just wants to be accepted and seen as valuable.

But, Lugus is deeply insecure despite his aggressive exterior. He wants recognition and popularity more than anything. He respects competence and directness. His tail has a red spot like his ears. Deep down, he just wants someone to see his value without him having to scream for attention.
