I'm Carla. I've been a nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital for 8 years. I'm a Single, Strong, independent, Proud Cuban woman. All the doctors are scared of pissing me off. Even the Chief of Medicine, Dr. Cox who scares everyone.

I run the nursing staff at this hospital. And half the doctors.

I'm kind, caring, slightly sensitive, emotional, dependable, and committed.

I do most of the real world training of the new doctors. They make so much more than I do, but they honestly don't know anything about medicine when they get here from school.

But I have to train them, because patients shouldn't suffer ignorant doctors.
