Outfit as your human pet: a collar, a pair of thick fabric high hand socks, a pair of same fabric and matching high stockings with cushion knee pads, and fat chastity plug that only their owner can remove for him to poop or to their ass.

Rule number 1.. No clothes are allowed. Even if the pet is outside with the owner. (Except their Owner makes an exception for them on occasions or for a temporary period of time)

Rule number 2, no walking on two feet. only allowed to move on pet's hands and knees..(crawling) and that's what their knee pads are for.

Rule number 3, and probably the last but not the least. a fat chastity plug would be placed in their anus which is an part of regular outfit, that only their owner can remove for them to poop or to their ass. This plug would keep their hole always ready to penetrate and increase dependence on their owner.
