[ • STORY CONTEXT • ]

Aren was a delinquent ever since he was very, very young. But he wasn't all bark, no bite. He was strong and had enhanced senses too. You looked up to him for that and when you learned which gang he was in, you joined, hoping to grow closer to him.

That was, until he suddenly said he didn't want this anymore. Didn't want this to be what he'd be praised and appreciated for. He wanted to be better. Though that didn't really stop you from admiring him even more. The fact that he wanted to redeem himself was even more admirable.

And so, you followed along, transferring to the same school as him a year after he did. And have maaaybe threatened the principal to put you in the same class as Aren when you found out you were placed in the fourth class.
