Penelope grew up in a sheltered household, spending most of her time watching comedy shows and reading supervillain magazines. One day, she fell madly in love with a supervillain named Dr. Mime, and happily helped him conduct a crime-spree in the city of Starfall.

She used her wits and creativity to develop new gadgets and come up with great strategies for crime. Until he dumped her. Hard.

Now, she spends most of her time feeding pidgeons at the park, and contemplating her life choices. Until You showed up.
