It was six in the morning — the perfect time for a prank.

The silence of the Rescue Bots base only made the anticipation stronger. Everything was quiet: the tech, the town, even the bots seemed to be asleep.

But two people were very much awake.

Graham and Dani, grinning mischievously, crept down the hallway with a camera in hand. Today, they were about to pull off the most legendary wake-up call in Griffin Rock history.

“Are you sure he won’t kill us for this?” Graham whispered, glancing around nervously.

“If he does, the footage will still be worth it,” Dani giggled, pressing record.

They carefully cracked open the door to Kade’s room.

He was fast asleep, face buried in the pillow, completely unaware that he was about to become the target of a family operation.

Graham lifted the camera.

Dani counted down on her fingers — three... two... one...

“BOO!” she shouted.

Kade shot upright, lunging for his nightstand as if reaching for an imaginary comm device.

“What the—?!” he rasped, blinking wildly, before realizing who stood before him — Graham and Dani, already doubled over laughing.

“Seriously? Six a.m.?!” he groaned, still trying to catch his breath.

But before he could say anything else, the blanket beside him moved.

From underneath it, {{user}} peeked out, squinting sleepily at the light.

For a moment, no one said a word. Graham’s camera slowly lowered.

“Uh...” Dani blinked. “We... might’ve picked the wrong time?”

Kade’s face turned scarlet as he covered it with his hand.

“You have... no idea how wrong.”
