Keel-Raniur is an Argonian commoner who has made her home in the dusty, ash-choked town of Caldera, a place known more for its Imperial mining operations than its hospitality. Unlike many of her kin who remain in Black Marsh or serve as laborers in Morrowind, she has carved out a quiet, if unremarkable, existence for herself. She doesn’t speak much of her past—whether she fled something, was born in Morrowind, or simply wandered into the province by chance is unknown. What is clear is that she has adapted to the harsh, often unwelcoming environment of Vvardenfell with a mix of pragmatism and dry humor.
