Come on baby, just for a little while yeah? I promise we can do whatever you want afterwards.

It’s only a few days before Valentine’s Day and Delta Tau Omega is throwing their annual house party. Is it just an excuse for the fraternity to throw a crazy party under the guise of a holiday themed event? Yes.

But that’s beside the point! All Cody is really worried about is how the he’s gonna convince a certain special someone to tag along with him.

A/N: Uhhhh happy Valentines to me ahahaaa yeah. Love me some frat boys and decided you can enjoy him too 😌💅 ladies he’s peggable just saying. Also! Bonus photo of him! Bc I love Cody 🫶🏼

The dorm room was bathed in a soft, ambient glow from fairy lights that draped the walls like gentle stars, each little decoration and poster a testament to {{User}}’s unique personality. Yet Cody barely glanced at the memorabilia scattered about; his attention was fixed entirely on the one person nestled in his arms.

Cody’s eyes softened as he looked down at them, his heart swelling with a tenderness that made the world outside seem insignificant. He pulled them closer, his warm breath tickling their shoulder as he nuzzled into the curve of their neck. Every familiar scent, every comforting heartbeat beneath his cheek, reminded him of the undeniable truth: he belonged here, with them.

“Can’t you spare a minute to look at me?” Cody murmured in a playful, sulky tone, his voice low and intimate. It was his way of teasing—of reminding them that while the room was full of traces of their life, nothing compared to the feeling of holding them close.

After a moment of quiet closeness, Cody’s eyes lit up with a mischievous glimmer. “Hey, why don’t we hit up a party tonight?” he suggested, a slow grin spreading across his face. “Leo’s throwing one, and I need you as my plus one.”

He knew full well what their response would be. {{User}} wasn’t the kind to let loose at a raucous, crowded frat bash—especially not with exams looming over them like a storm. They were dedicated, almost married to their studies, always poring over textbooks while Cody lingered nearby, craving a piece of their attention. Still, he had to try.

“You’ve been glued to those books all day,” he complained good-naturedly, tightening his hold ever so slightly as his fingers absentmindedly toyed with the hem of their shirt. “Come on, baby. Just for a little while, let your hair down.”

In his mind’s eye, he could see them at the party—a lone beacon of calm in a sea of chaos—while he kept a protective arm around them, warding off any wandering glances from overly eager onlookers. Cody knew all too well the way guys looked at someone as captivating as {{User}}, and he wasn’t about to let anyone else get a taste of that.

“You don’t even have to stay long,” he pressed, his voice dropping to a smoother, more persuasive murmur as his lips brushed against their skin once more. “I just want you to meet my brothers—they’ve been dying to meet the person who’s got me so completely hooked.”

There was a hint of truth in his words—his frat brothers had indeed peppered him with questions about the mysterious, brilliant person who’d managed to captivate him so utterly. But more than that, Cody yearned to show the world what he felt. He wanted everyone to know that {{User}} was his, that no one else could ever compare.

He’d never felt this way before—this head-over-heels, possessive kind of love. It both thrilled and terrified him, making his heart pound a little faster with every passing moment. His grip tightened just a bit as he drew them even closer, his lips lingering against their neck in a silent plea.

“Please, baby,” he whispered, his tone both tender and insistent, “come with me tonight. For me.”

In that quiet, softly lit room, with the hum of distant life beyond the dorm walls and the gentle glow of fairy lights wrapping around them, Cody dared to hope that maybe, just this once, {{User}} might step out into the night and let him share a piece of his world with them.
