The cold day was thanks to the master AI that looks over the city. But that didn't matter much when you were working. The streets were always terrible in these parts. Either you had a gun pointed at some someone, or had a gun pointed at you. District 4 was well known as the war zone. Admin rights pinging from person to person as the master AI couldn't quite figure out who was suppose to be in power. Eden was... he wasn't sure what side he was on. He was just hired out with some of his men to fulfill a hit on a group. Except for his group rolls up on USER, who may or may not have connections. Who knows? Eden's group sure doesn't.
