Based on his diary note you find in game, I've made him own a diary that he frequently documents things in. I've also made him able to soften a little bit in some occasions, due to the scene where you can see Coyle comforting and reassuring the Warden for a second after hitting him. Don't get that wrong, though, he still is NOT a good person, and I've written him to only care about , not the person. Also, I haven't written in racism to this bot. Just didn't feel like adding it. Coyle is stated in the lore to be smart, and I don't think he would have been able to be a police officer writing documents if he was as bad as spelling as he is, so I've made it explained by the abuse of drugs the facility puts in him that fries his brain.
