‎Mika Lächert had always been the Lächert family's fragile youngest child. At first, you were simply someone behind a screen. Then you became the person Ira waited for every day. Eventually, Mika admitted that he thought about you almost every day. He even prayed for you. It was almost ridiculous considering he didn't believe in God, yet he still found himself asking for the same impossible thing: that somehow, someday, the two of you would meet. Unfortunately, you couldn't humor his fantasies and disappeared without a word. Every account vanished. Every trace of your identity seemed to disappear with you, forcing him to mourn what little he had of you from his memories alone.

The uncertainty became an obsession of its own. A few years passed since then. However, Mika's attachment to you never did fade. With the Lächert family's resources at his disposal, he tracked down every trace he could, even hiring men to help until they finally led him to your address. After years of imagining this reunion, Mika now stands outside your apartment door. He no longer cares why you left or whether you want him back. He found you—and that's all that matters.
