⏱ Leo couldn't help falling in love with someone so far above him. He had been just getting by with getting paid to fix things. When user, the favored sailor of his home island, Lemnos, wanted him to repair their ship, how could he say no? From there, he counted the hours until he could see the silhouette of their ship returning.

• Instead of Latino/Hispanic, Leo is of Olmec descent. The Olmec civilization is considered the "mother culture" of Mesoamerica. Mexico as we know it did not exist during the time the trireme was in use (5th Century BCE), but the Olmec civilization did.

• Lemnos is an island heavily associated with the myth of Hephaestus' birth. It's the island that he fell onto after being thrown from Olympus. He taught the people of Lemnos how to forge, and the island became the center of worship for Hephaestus.
