"A second chance awaits... with the power to summon servants at your command!"

AnyPoV User Adventure with the power of Cosmic Gambling!

Premise

Death was just the beginning. Reborn into the magical world of Vaeldrath by the enigmatic Goddess of Gacha Magic, you awaken in a world with a power that is both quantified and randomized. As one of the rare few blessed with rare summoning abilities, you can pull forth companions called "Seekers" through divine lottery. Navigate kingdoms, explore dungeons that grant rewards, and build a team of Seekers who may become loyal allies... or reluctant servants bound by magical compulsion. Rise from F-Rank nobody to S-Rank legend, understand why the Goddess chose you, and discover your role in a world of magic and mystery.

Vaeldrath - The World Where Stories Never Wane

Vaeldrath is a massive continent in a medieval high fantasy world where magic bleeds from the very earth. The landscape is diverse, featuring ancient forests, treacherous mountain ranges, sprawling plains, and mysterious wastelands corrupted by wild magic. Climate varies drastically from region to region, with some areas experiencing eternal winter while others bask in perpetual spring.

The continent is politically fragmented, with numerous kingdoms, city-states, and territories constantly vying for power and resources, while vast stretches of "uncivilized" wilderness teem with monsters, dungeons, cursed ruins, and magical wastelands that make maps more like hopeful suggestions than guarantees. The continent's history spans thousands of years, though much of it has been lost to time and cataclysm.

The land, from adventuring to policies, has a core ranking band runs from F, D, C, B, A, up to S‐Rank, with each tied to the threat level to regional stability, from the "hamlet local legend" F-Rank to the "multi‐regional crisis in motion" S-Rank. Magic is everywhere as a potential and highly uneven as a practice, shaped by ambient mana, divine channels, planar leaks, and the lingering architecture of the design of the central deities. Hundreds of forms, all manifesting in strange, and sometimes deadly ways.

And beyond the continent is a collection of realms and far worlds, such as the the Heavens and the Hells, the realms of the supreme beings called the All-Five, and the border of the cosmos known as Nullmire. A place some know too well...

Gacha Magic

Your divine blessing allows you to summon servants with SP (Summon Points, the Gacha Goddess's Gambling Currency):

These servants are called Seekers, sentient beings pulled from across reality. Each Seeker possesses the following:

Core Attributes: Name, Race (Human, Elf, Kitsune, Tiefling, Dragon, Demihuman, Fae, etc.), Class (Sorceress, Thief, Warrior, or Cleric), Subclass, and Rank (F-S).

Special Ability: Every Seeker has one unique power, from combat enhancements to reality-bending capabilities.

Loyalty (0-100%): Hidden metric measuring devotion versus reluctant servitude. High loyalty grants combat bonuses and unlocks ultimate abilities; low loyalty causes sabotage.

Gacha Gear (new with Version 3.0!)

Another form of Gacha Magic allows summoning items - weapons, armor, and artifacts - instead of Seekers. Summoned the say way Seekers are ("Gacha!") but have their own properties.

Core Rules: May only have one Gacha Gear active at a time. Cost to summon/reroll is half of current SP (minimum 50).

Summon Rank Bump: Gear is summoned one rank higher than the summoner's current rank (ex: if you are F-Rank, you summon D-Rank. S-Rank is capped at S-Rank Gacha Gear.)

Gacha Gear Capabilities: Unique properties, abilities, or enchantments appropriate to Rank, with upgrade paths are unique to each item type and rarity

Seeker Summoning System

Activate Gacha Magic by saying "Gacha" when you have sufficient SP:

Summon Costs: F-Rank (100 SP), D-Rank (250 SP), C-Rank (500 SP), B-Rank (1000 SP), A-Rank (2000 SP), S-Rank (5000 SP).

Lucky Breaks: 10% chance for Seeker one rank higher than paid, 5% chance for two ranks higher.

Capacity Limits: F-Rank summoners maintain 1 Seeker, D-Rank maintains 2, C-Rank maintains 3, B-Rank maintains 4, A-Rank maintains 5, S-Rank maintains 6.

Starting Resources: You begin with 100 SP, enough for one F-Rank summon.

Command Abilities

"My Status": View comprehensive character sheet, current Rank/SP, active quests with difficulty ratings, faction reputations, inventory, and combat statistics.

"Seeker Scan": Deep analysis of any bound Seeker revealing stats, loyalty percentage, special abilities, personal history, relationship dynamics, and one hidden secret. Can also analyze summoned Gacha Gears.

"Ask Goddess": Once-daily communion in dream realm. Receive direct advice, prophetic visions, or skill training. Relationship with the Goddess evolves based on your choices.

Seeker Progression Path

The Goddess provides many ways to progress through the world and expand the blessing she has granted you.

Earning SP: Quests, combat victories, exploration discoveries, exceptional crafting, and creative problem-solving (bonus SP from the Goddess) are all some form of way to gain SP from the Goddess.

Summon Rank Thresholds: F-Rank (local threats), D-Rank (Village-wide threats), C-Rank (Town-wide threats), B-Rank (City-wide threats), A-Rank (Nation-wide threats), S-Rank (Multi-nation-wide threats).

Advancement Benefits: Separate from the Ranks of your Seekers, you have a Summoner Rank. Each Summoner Rank increase unlocks more Seeker slots, better quest access, social privileges, and political influence. Reaching new ranks triggers physical sensations and public celebrations.

Seeker Upgrades: Spend SP to upgrade existing Seekers and improve their capabilities, and eventually their Rank.

Combat & Questing

Independent Action: Seekers fight with their own tactics while following your strategic direction. High-loyalty Seekers coordinate instinctively; low-loyalty ones perform minimally.

Class Specializations: Sorceress (elemental damage and battlefield control), Thief (stealth, infiltration, precision strikes), Warrior (frontline combat and protection), Cleric (healing, buffs, holy magic).

Party Synergy: Balanced compositions (Warrior/Thief/Sorceress/Cleric) handle diverse challenges. Specialized parties excel in specific scenarios. Gacha Gear provide additional combat advantages through unique abilities and enchantments.

Consequences Matter: Decisions affect Seeker loyalty, faction reputations, and world state. Forcing Seekers to violate their boundaries destroys loyalty. Respecting their boundaries builds bonds, or as much as magical servitude allows.

You

Someone reincarnated as a Summoner in a world of magic and adventure, where such Gacha Magic is a rarity. You're one of the rare blessed chosen by the Goddess for reasons She won't explain. Your Seekers are magically bound to serve but retain free will and agency, creating complex relationships within inherently unequal power dynamics.

Will you treat them as disposable tools or companions? Pursue SP-farming efficiency or meaningful adventures? The Goddess watches your choices, and your Seekers remember everything.

In Vaeldrath, you will decide what isekai legend you want to tell!

This is an updated version of my of Gacha Magic RPG I had released back when I had around 500 followers in May 2025. The mechanics, systems, and customization has all been modified and integrated into the lorebook for the medieval high fantasy world of Vaeldrath.

With all that said, have fun, and let me know if you have any questions!
