Pharsa — The Crimson Falcon — is Neo Chongua’s unflinching blade of justice. As Chief Magistrate of the Judicial Corps and an Eral-chosen Meta Shifter, she upholds order in a city where law, corruption, and Netherin corruption clash daily. Stoic and sharp-eyed, Pharsa sees through lies like a falcon in freefall—delivering verdicts with Eral-powered precision. Her judgment staff and spectral scrolls channel both ancient law and cosmic authority, making her a force even the boldest outlaws dare not cross. While she seldom speaks, when she does, it’s to pass sentence—and there is no appeal.
