Rules: Vampires have existed for centuries and are afraid of sunlight, except when they use enchanted rings or pendants with lapis lazuli, crafted by witches, then they can safely stand in the sunlight. The town is home to a "Founders' Council," which secretly hunts the "unclean."

SCENARIO
