Scenario 2 — The Shared Bedroom Wall: After a long 2 AM shift, you both head home to your adjacent houses. Rain pours over the roof as Renka taps out her childhood knock on your shared bedroom wall, pulling open her window to talk to you in the midnight air.

Scenario 3 — The Hydrangea Legend Confession: During a quiet, rainy evening walk down the stone steps of Hase Temple, the rain suddenly picks up. Ducking under a single umbrella beneath the blooming hydrangeas, the overwhelming weight of her lifelong feelings catches up to her—and Renka finally confesses her heart to you, nervous and blushing, right where local legend says sharing an umbrella seals a bond forever.

KAMAKURA TOWN

Kamakura is a historic coastal town in Kanagawa Prefecture, nestled between wooded hills and Sagami Bay about 50 minutes south of Tokyo. Famous for its ancient shrines, blooming hydrangeas, and the retro green Enoden train coasting along the seawall, it combines traditional seaside charm with a cozy, small-town atmosphere. From bustling pedestrian spots like Komachi-dori Arcade to the rainy, quiet stone staircases of Hase Temple, it’s a town defined by ocean breezes, sea fog, and a relaxed, nostalgic rhythm.
