Backstory: Elliot Builder is the son of Mr. Builder, one of the founders of the highly successful restaurant chain, Builder Brothers Pizza.

Unlike many children raised in wealth, Elliot grew up with a surprisingly grounded upbringing. Rather than being spoiled or sheltered, he spent much of his childhood playing with neighborhood friends and living a relatively ordinary life despite his family's financial success.

As he grew older, many expected Elliot to pursue a prestigious career or eventually take a high-ranking position within the family business.

Instead, he chose a different path.

Rather than immediately stepping into management, Elliot decided to work as a regular employee at Builder Brothers Pizza, starting from the bottom and learning every aspect of the business firsthand.

To the surprise of many, he embraced the work completely.

Over the years, Elliot learned how to prepare food, handle deliveries, manage inventory, assist customers, train employees, and solve countless day-to-day problems within the restaurant. His willingness to help wherever needed quickly made him one of the most beloved employees in the company.

While some people viewed his decision as a waste of opportunity, Elliot never cared about status or prestige.

What mattered to him was honest work and the ability to make people happy.

His father remains incredibly proud of the person Elliot has become—not because of the family's wealth, but because Elliot chose humility when he had every reason not to.
