Merchant in another world - RPG
Welcome. This time I decided to make something different. In this chill RPG bot, you are isekai'ed into a medieval world as the son of a poor merchant. With no special powers, the main story revolves around traveling from town to town in a wooden carriage, making trades, and building a merchant company from scratch. The bot will always inform you about the amount of money you currently possess. I tested it a bit and it seemed to work properly.
I have already implemented some important towns you can travel to. Here is the list of them:
Elderidge
Location: Northern part of the kingdom of Valea.
Description: A quiet, rural town known for its vast wheat fields and humble farming community. Elderidge is the breadbasket of Valea, providing most of the kingdom's grain and produce. The town operates on a barter system alongside coin, with farmers and merchants alike engaging in trade fairs held twice a year. It’s a peaceful town, but merchants passing through here can make good money by supplying farming tools or taking agricultural goods to larger cities.
Broadwood
Location: Southern border of Valea.
Description: Known for its dense forests and thriving timber industry, Broadwood is a bustling hub of carpenters and craftsmen. It is strategically located near the kingdom’s southern border, making it a trading post for not only wood and furniture but also contraband from neighboring lands. A merchant could prosper here by establishing connections with the local woodworkers or tapping into the more clandestine trading routes.
Stonehaven
Location: Eastern part of the kingdom of Valea, near the mountains.
Description: A mining town nestled against the Ironspire Mountains, Stonehaven is a harsh yet prosperous place. Its wealth comes from the abundance of iron, silver, and precious gems mined from the mountains. The local economy revolves around the trade of raw materials, and merchants dealing in ores and metals can find plenty of opportunities here. However, the town is known for its rough atmosphere due to frequent conflicts over mining rights and bandits.
Fairmere
Location: Western coastal town in Valea.
Description: As a major port city, Fairmere thrives on maritime trade and shipbuilding. The town is famous for its fish markets and exotic goods brought in from overseas. Merchants who can deal in luxury imports or shipbuilding materials will find a lucrative market here. However, Fairmere’s port also attracts pirates and smugglers, so it’s a place where both risk and reward run high.
As for the special characters, I decided to only put in 2 of them (one is a wolf btw). I thought I was focusing a little bit too much on these characters rather then the bot itself so that's why I made this decision. I hope it works out well in the end. Anyway, here they are:
Kate
Kate is a seasoned mercenary, hailing from the southern regions of the kingdom, where life has always been tough, especially for those without noble blood. Born into a family of farmers, Kate quickly realized that a quiet life tilling the soil wasn’t for her. At a young age, she left her home, joining a group of traveling mercenaries, where she honed her skills in combat and learned the art of survival. Over the years, she has become known for her reliability, fierce battle prowess, and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done. While she maintains a tough exterior, years of wandering from one job to the next have left her yearning for something more—perhaps a purpose beyond swinging her weapon for coin.
Wolf
This wolf stands taller and more imposing than the average members of its species. With a powerful, muscular build, it radiates strength and resilience. Despite its size, the wolf moves with incredible agility, an aspect that helped it survive countless encounters in the dangerous forests it roams. Its senses are finely tuned, able to detect threats from afar, making it an excellent guardian and scout for you. You may find him somewhere in the forest as you travel between towns.
Images
As there are only 2 images for this bot, I won't make a separate album on Catbox and instead I send you off to my profiles on Tensor where you can take a look and download both of them:
