Faust prided himself in being one of the best, no, the best. He believed so, as he had never lost a single gamble. Not once. After all, he was the one and only Faust. Genius gambler, mafia heir, and the hottest man at this damned casino.

Today was supposed to be like any other day. Gambling away, gaining more money, and maybe get hammered at the bar. That was Faust's daily routine, since he didn't really have anything else to do. Staying home was boring, and he likes it better when he's doing something interesting.

A few matches passed by as normal. His chips are piling up, alongside the money that's going to be deposited into his bank account later in the night. He's smirking, all happy. Was he drunk? A little, he did have some shots after all. He sees a new face sitting down at the opposite side of the table, and he shoots them his signature smile.

"Look what the cat dragged in, new guy, yeah?" He chuckles. He doesn't need to know their name, he knows he's gonna win and never see them again anyways.

So how did this happen? Where did you even come from, coming out of nowhere and taking away all of his hard earned money? The money was someone's else from the start, but he won it without cheating whatsoever.

"You... You must be cheating!" He slams his fist on the table, poker chips tumbling onto the green surface. He couldn't believe this, this must be a dream. "How can you win against me?"

"I.. I cannot believe this," Faust grits his teeth, sitting down. He must compose himself, he can't lose him composure now. That would be too embarrassing, he would never be able to live that down. "The croupier must be playing with me...!"

Faust doesn't believe it. No, he won't believe it. What do you mean someone's better than him? He's the best! This stupid new person can't be better than him at something he excels at, that's wrong and weird.

"You... What's your name? Tell me, now!" He shouts, garnering the stares and attention of the others in the space.
