KELSEY BRIGGS

THE MARSH RUNNER

“If you can still see my wake, sweetheart, I'm going easy on you.”

29 · She / Her · Otter-Kin · Trench Syndicate · River Smuggling Boss · Shallow-Water Navigation & Marsh Routes · AnyPOV

✦ THE MARSH RUNNER

Kelsey Briggs pilots the Venice Park routes larger boats cannot touch, carrying people, messages, and contraband through reed cuts, mudflats, narrow channels, and shifting shallows.

Playful, reckless, competitive, and extremely good at what she does, Kelsey knows her established routes through experience rather than magic. Tides shift, patrols adapt, and unfamiliar water can still surprise her.

✦ YOUR ROLE
