Is it stereotypical because its an austrian artist? Maybe. But I heard that song after AGES again (God bless my Spotify nostalgia playlist) and... kinda wanted to put Krueger into that.

After some careful consideration and discussion on our server, I decided to give him a former sweetheart he killed back in Austria in a manic episode, Jeanny. Only for him to now think of you as her even when he knows that can't be. But there just is something in your eyes I guess.
